Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, mini and seedless, rind removed and cubed
- 2 Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- 3 ounces feta cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the watermelon, cucumbers, blueberries, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Top the salad with the chopped mint and basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
