A flavorful and easy recipe for orange teriyaki salmon that’s perfect for any weeknight meal.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour some of the marinade over the salmon.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve garnished with green onions.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, you can reduce the remaining marinade in a saucepan before drizzling it over the salmon.
