Description

Fluffy and creamy cottage cheese egg bites that are perfect for high-protein breakfast meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix ins (chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, cooked turkey bacon, shredded cheese)
  • Oil spray or muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Blend the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in your desired mix ins.
  3. Pour into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 22 minutes until set.
  5. Cool completely before storing.

Notes
