- 8 ounces of rotini pasta
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded Romaine lettuce.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well-coated.
- Let the salad chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
