- 4 Chicken cutlets
- 2 Anchovies
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Seasoned flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Caesar salad, prepared
Instructions
- Start by making the sauce. Mix together sliced anchovies, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan until creamy.
- Prepare the chicken cutlets by coating them in seasoned flour, then dipping them in beaten egg, and finally covering them with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the breaded chicken cutlets in a pan until they turn lightly golden brown on each side and are fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to rest before topping it with the prepared Caesar salad. Serve and enjoy!
