  • 1 cup Seasoned flour
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Caesar salad, prepared

Instructions

  1. Start by making the sauce. Mix together sliced anchovies, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan until creamy.
  2. Prepare the chicken cutlets by coating them in seasoned flour, then dipping them in beaten egg, and finally covering them with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the breaded chicken cutlets in a pan until they turn lightly golden brown on each side and are fully cooked.
  4. Allow the chicken to rest before topping it with the prepared Caesar salad. Serve and enjoy!
