Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make fruit salad that combines sweet pineapple, juicy mandarins, and creamy bananas, all brought together with vanilla pudding. Perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 can (15 oz) of mandarin oranges in light syrup
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
  • Citrus juice (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Open the can of mandarin oranges, keeping them in their syrup.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds.
  4. Combine all the fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the Jell-O pudding mix over the fruit.
  6. Gently stir to coat the fruit without mashing.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  8. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint leaves.
