- 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O sugar-free vanilla instant pudding

- Shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
- Open the can of mandarin oranges, keeping them in their syrup.
- Peel and slice the bananas into rounds.
- Combine all the fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the Jell-O pudding mix over the fruit.
- Gently stir to coat the fruit without mashing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
