A refreshing twist on the classic Mojito, featuring fresh strawberries for a vibrant flavor perfect for sunny afternoons.
Ingredients

- 1 lime wedge
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- 2 large strawberries
- 1 oz white rum
- 1.5 tablespoons lime juice
- 1.5 tablespoons simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Splash of tonic water
Instructions
- Rim glass with sugar by rubbing lime wedge around the rim and rolling it in granulated sugar.
- Muddle mint leaves and one strawberry chunk in the glass.
- Add ice on top of the muddled mixture.
- Blend the second large strawberry with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture over the ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh mint and sliced strawberry.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add more tonic water.
