Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Mojito, featuring fresh strawberries for a vibrant flavor perfect for sunny afternoons.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 34 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 large strawberries
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1.5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Splash of tonic water

Instructions

  1. Rim glass with sugar by rubbing lime wedge around the rim and rolling it in granulated sugar.
  2. Muddle mint leaves and one strawberry chunk in the glass.
  3. Add ice on top of the muddled mixture.
  4. Blend the second large strawberry with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup until smooth.
  5. Pour the blended mixture over the ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh mint and sliced strawberry.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add more tonic water.
