- 300 g hulled fresh strawberries (2 cups)
- 1 large ripe banana (about 120 g)
- 240 ml unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk (1 cup)
- 120 g plain Greek yogurt or silken tofu (1/2 cup)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (15–30 ml), optional
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (5 ml)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5 ml)
- A pinch of salt (about 1/8 tsp / 0.5 g)
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: Hull and halve strawberries and slice the banana.
- Add liquid first: Pour milk into the blender jar.
- Add Greek yogurt or silken tofu, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Add strawberries and banana; include sweetener if desired.
- Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape sides if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity before serving.
