- 3 slices of bread (white or brown)
- 3 tsp butter
- ¼ cup eggless mayonnaise
- 1 tsp green chutney
- ½ capsicum (thinly sliced)
- 3 slices of cheese
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 3 tbsp cabbage (shredded)
- ½ carrot (grated)
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Trim off the sides of the bread slices.
- Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
- Spread 3 tsp of butter over the bread slices and press to seal them together.
- Mix ¼ cup eggless mayonnaise with 1 tsp green chutney until well combined, then spread over the buttered bread.
- Top with ½ capsicum, followed by 3 slices of cheese.
- Sprinkle with ¼ tsp pepper powder, then add 3 tbsp of cabbage and ½ grated carrot.
- Garnish with 1 tbsp of tomato sauce and a pinch of salt.
- Roll tightly to keep all layers intact and wrap in cling wrap or aluminum foil.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
- Slice thickly and serve.
