  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and ensure they are well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill.
  6. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, consider finishing them under the broiler for a few minutes after grilling.
