- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and ensure they are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill.
- Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, consider finishing them under the broiler for a few minutes after grilling.
