- Dipping sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp buttermilk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by cutting potatoes into sticks.
- Soak the cut potatoes in ice water for 30 minutes.
- Dry the potatoes thoroughly with paper towels.
- Prepare the seasoning blend in a small bowl.
- Choose your cooking method: bake at 400°F, fry at 375°F or air fry at 375°F.
