Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 3 cups oil for frying (or as needed)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Dipping sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by cutting potatoes into sticks.
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in ice water for 30 minutes.
  3. Dry the potatoes thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Prepare the seasoning blend in a small bowl.
  5. Choose your cooking method: bake at 400°F, fry at 375°F or air fry at 375°F.
  6. Make the Easy Ranch sauce by mixing all the ingredients and refrigerate.
  7. Serve the fries hot with the ranch sauce.

Notes
