Description

A flavorful and creamy sardine pâté that’s perfect for appetizers or spreading on toast.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain sardines and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, cream cheese, and parsley.
  3. Mash everything together until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with crackers or toasted bread. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
