Description

A refreshing and healthy appetizer featuring smoked salmon rolled with cucumber and a creamy herb mixture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing your cucumber into thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each strip of cucumber. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Carefully roll the cucumber around the salmon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Present your rolls on a platter and enjoy the burst of flavors with each bite.

Notes
