- 4 oz Smoked Salmon
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Start by slicing your cucumber into thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over each strip of cucumber. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully roll the cucumber around the salmon and secure with a toothpick.
- Present your rolls on a platter and enjoy the burst of flavors with each bite.
Notes
Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Best enjoyed cold.
