- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded or thinly sliced)
- 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
- Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- Kimchi (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5–7 minutes.
- If necessary, drain excess fat from the skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

- Top each bowl of rice with the seasoned ground beef.
- Arrange the steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumber on top of the beef.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve with kimchi on the side and enjoy your delicious Korean Ground Beef Bowl.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Kimchi adds a great flavor contrast.
