Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
