Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares. Spoon the cream and berry mixture into the center of each square, fold corners up, and pinch to seal.
  4. Place pastry balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
