- 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares. Spoon the cream and berry mixture into the center of each square, fold corners up, and pinch to seal.
- Place pastry balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool for a few minutes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
