Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, julienned

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the carrots.

  3. Rinse and drain the carrots.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Toss carrots with dressing.
  6. Garnish and let marinate for 10 minutes.
