- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the ground meat, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and olives, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for a creamier texture. Customize flavors or add beans for a vegetarian version.
