Description

A creamy and spicy appetizer perfect for parties and game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the ground meat, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and olives, if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for a creamier texture. Customize flavors or add beans for a vegetarian version.
