Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch cubes.
- Toss chicken with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is done. It should be cooked through and juicy, not dry.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes, then serve.
Notes
Cut the pieces evenly for consistent cooking and do not skip the oil for better seasoning adherence and browning.
