- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaves rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
