Description

A deliciously easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf recipe that takes just 30 minutes from prep to plate, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them on a lined baking sheet.
