Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steaks; cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add butter and garlic during the last 2 minutes and baste the steaks.
- Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes, then slice and serve topped with garlic butter.
