Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steaks; cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Add butter and garlic during the last 2 minutes and baste the steaks.
  4. Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes, then slice and serve topped with garlic butter.
