Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, combine the eggnog, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
