Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes, chilled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and ensure the mashed potatoes are chilled.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls. Chill if too sticky.
  4. Set up bowls for beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each ball in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Serve immediately with dipping sauces.
