Description

Delicious and nourishing low-carb stuffed bell peppers filled with cream cheese and ground meat, perfect for a keto lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spinach or zucchini for added nutrients
  • Optional spices: paprika or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground meat with onions and garlic over medium heat until browned.
  4. Mix in the cream cheese, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper until well combined.
