- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat with onions and garlic over medium heat until browned.
- Mix in the cream cheese, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the meat mixture and place them upright in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
