- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Whisk together melted butter, milk, and beaten egg in a separate bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin.
- Cut out bat shapes using a bat-shaped cookie cutter.
- Place the bat shapes on a baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Brush the tops of the bat bites with melted butter.
- Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
