- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium to large saucepan, combine the whole berry cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and if using, the zest of one orange and fresh orange juice. Whisk to blend.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the sauce mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the brown sugar has dissolved, about 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully add the frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs into the simmering sauce and stir gently to coat the meatballs.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the meatballs simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until completely heated through, stirring occasionally.
