  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (Optional)
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C), using the convection mode if you can.
  2. Prepare the Chickpeas: Open the can of chickpeas, drain them under a sieve, and rinse with cold water.
  3. Dry the Chickpeas: Gently rub the chickpeas with a clean towel or absorbent paper to absorb moisture.
  4. Bake Until Crispy: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 50 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring continually until melted.
  6. Combine Chickpeas and Chocolate: Stir in the roasted chickpeas and optional sea salt into the melted chocolate.
  7. Scoop the Mixture: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a plate lined with oiled parchment paper.
  8. Set the Chocolate: Place the plate in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  9. Store and Enjoy: Remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store in an airtight container.
