Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, more cheese, vegetables, pepperoni)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
