- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, mixing until melted and combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
- Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan, brushing it over the tops of the bombs.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
Notes
Feel free to customize the filling with turkey or your favorite cheese. Add some cayenne or red pepper flakes for extra heat!
