Description

Indulge in Caramel-Stuffed Bloomin’ Apples for Dessert Bliss. Experience the delightful Caramel-Stuffed Bloomin’ Apples, filled with gooey caramel and hints of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces Apples (Choose firm, tart varieties like Granny Smith.)
  • 8 pieces Chewy Caramel Squares
  • Cooking Spray (Prevents sticking.)
  • 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce (For drizzling.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon until combined.
  2. Slice the top off each apple and use a corer to remove the core, stopping before reaching the bottom.
  3. Cut each apple cut-side down into thin crosswise slices, being cautious not to cut all the way through the bottom.
  4. Stuff each apple with two chewy caramel squares and brush the melted butter mixture all over the top and into the crevices.
  5. For the Oven: Place the apples in a greased baking dish and bake until tender for about 30 minutes.
  6. For the Air Fryer: Arrange the apples in the basket and air fry at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the warm apples immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
