Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Description

A delicious salad combining tender grilled chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and add croutons before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken in herbs for extra flavor. For a lighter version, swap Caesar dressing for vinaigrette.
