Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine the fresh broccoli, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, raisins, and nuts in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For a crunchier salad, add nuts just before serving. You can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
