- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash the bok choy thoroughly under cold water. Chop it into bite-sized pieces, keeping the stalks and leaves separate.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmery.
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bok choy stalks to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- Toss in bok choy leaves and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Mix soy sauce, red chili flakes, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- Pour the ginger chili sauce over the stir-fried bok choy, tossing to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
- Serve the dish hot and enjoy!
