- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese or cotija cheese (optional)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by dicing mangoes and avocados into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl or blender, combine lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, minced garlic, honey (if using), salt, and pepper. Whisk or blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle the lime dressing over the top and toss gently.

Notes
To prevent browning, squeeze lime juice over the cut avocados. Best served fresh.
