- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into fry-like shapes, about ¼ inch thick.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini slice in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mix, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the fries in a single layer. Spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
