Description

A light, fluffy dessert made with Greek yogurt that’s simple to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • Optional: Up to ½ cup sugar (adjust as per preference)
  • Honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven/air fryer and prepare your baking pan by spraying it and lining with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk yogurt and eggs together until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in cornstarch until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour batter into the baking pan, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake as per your oven/air fryer instructions (20-75 minutes).
  6. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve slices drizzled with honey.

Notes

Allow eggs to reach room temperature for optimal blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
