- 400g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- Optional: Up to ½ cup sugar (adjust as per preference)
- Honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven/air fryer and prepare your baking pan by spraying it and lining with parchment paper.
- Whisk yogurt and eggs together until smooth.
- Gradually mix in cornstarch until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into the baking pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake as per your oven/air fryer instructions (20-75 minutes).
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve slices drizzled with honey.
Notes
Allow eggs to reach room temperature for optimal blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
