How to Make White Christmas Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 liter white cranberry juice
  • 1 14-ounce can coconut milk
  • 34 T. Karo syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries and shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • In a gallon pitcher, mix together the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, and coconut milk. I like to chill everything first, but that’s up to you.
  • Stir well with a wooden spoon, then pour it all into your punch bowl or beverage container. Add ice or reusable ice cubes to keep it cold without watering it down, and float some cranberries on top for decoration. It looks so beautiful in the glass!
  • To serve, dip the edges of your glasses into Karo syrup, then into the sweetened coconut. Fill your glasses with punch, and top them off with more sweetened coconut and a few cranberries. This recipe fits perfectly in a 1-gallon container and serves about 16, 8-ounce drinks. Feel free to double it for larger gatherings!
