Elegant White Chocolate Mousse Tart


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (All-purpose)
  • 1/2 cup butter (Cold, cubed)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (For crust)
  • 1 egg yolk (Binder)
  • 6 oz white chocolate (Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (Divided)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (Extract)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 2 oz white chocolate (Shaved squares for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pulse flour, butter, and sugar; add egg yolk to form dough. Press into tart pans.
  2. Bake shells at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  3. Melt 6 oz white chocolate with 1/2 cup warm cream. Whisk until smooth and cool.
  4. Whip remaining cream to soft peaks; fold in cooled white chocolate mixture.
  5. Pipe mousse into shells. Top with berries, chocolate squares, mint, and powdered sugar.
