- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a large skillet or grill pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
