Description
Irresistible White BBQ Chicken Subs with tender chicken and a creamy white BBQ sauce, served in crusty French bread.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh cracked white pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Creole mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 14 oz chicken tenders
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
- 2 large shallots, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 French bread subs
- About 1/2 cup white BBQ sauce (more for dipping)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the white BBQ sauce in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- In a sauté pan, heat vegetable oil and cook seasoned chicken and shallots for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken cool, chop it, and combine it with cooked shallots, shredded cheese, and white BBQ sauce.
- Slice each French bread sub halfway and prepare for stuffing.
- Stuff the bread with the chicken mixture and broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle additional white BBQ sauce on top and serve immediately.

Feel free to customize with additional toppings like pickles or jalapeños.
