- 24 pieces Dumplings or Potstickers (Frozen dumplings are recommended.)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil (Optional for flavor before serving.)
- Crispy Chili Oil (Optional for flavor.)
- Chives (Optional for garnish.)
- Sesame Seeds (Optional for garnish.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the coconut cream, ginger, garlic, maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red curry paste in a large casserole dish. Whisk until smooth.
- Layer the spinach over the sauce, and arrange the dumplings in a single layer on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve the dumplings over rice with your choice of garnishes.
