- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped carrots
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumber (drained)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and milk. Use a hand mixer or spoon to stir until smooth.
- Stir in chopped carrots, green bell pepper, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, then mix until everything is evenly combined.
- If desired, transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender and pulse a few times for a finer texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
