- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons date or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, date or maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and warm it up for a minute.
- Cut the tempeh into cubes and toss them into the hot pan along with the sauce.
- Stir frequently for about 8-10 minutes, letting the mixture cook until the tempeh is golden brown.
- Transfer to your serving plate and enjoy.
