- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup ranch dip
- 10–12 mini mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Mix cheddar cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Place half the pastry hearts on the tray, add cheese filling and tomatoes or peppers, then top with remaining hearts and seal edges.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Arrange sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and peppers in a heart shape on a platter with ranch dip.
- Cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
