Description

These Valentines Puff Pastry Veggies Bites are festive, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Perfect for romantic dinners, family meals, or Galentine’s gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup ranch dip
  • 1012 mini mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Mix cheddar cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Place half the pastry hearts on the tray, add cheese filling and tomatoes or peppers, then top with remaining hearts and seal edges.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Arrange sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and peppers in a heart shape on a platter with ranch dip.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
