Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes (Substitution: grape tomatoes for similar flavor.)
  • 10 pieces Mozzarella Balls (Substitution: marinated tofu or cashew cheese for vegan option.)
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze (Drizzle generously for enhanced flavor.)
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves (Always opt for fresh for the best flavor.)
  • 2 cups Spinach (Substitution: kale for different flavor.)
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts (Use frozen if canned are unavailable.)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Substitute with plant-based cream cheese for a vegan alternative.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh garlic can also enhance the dish.)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano (Substitution: Italian seasoning for more complex flavor.)
  • 12 pieces Mushroom Caps (Choose similar-sized caps for uniform cooking.)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Substitution: gluten-free breadcrumbs for dietary restrictions.)
  • 1 box Heart-Shaped Crackers (Any cracker can be used if unavailable.)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Rinse cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Thaw and chop frozen artichokes and spinach. Soak wooden skewers for 10 minutes.
  2. Assemble skewers by threading cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, alternating for presentation. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  3. Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Spoon the dip onto heart-shaped crackers and arrange on a platter.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, and seasonings. Stuff each mushroom cap and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake stuffed mushrooms for 20-25 minutes until golden.
