Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Rinse cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Thaw and chop frozen artichokes and spinach. Soak wooden skewers for 10 minutes.
- Assemble skewers by threading cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, alternating for presentation. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano in a bowl until smooth.
- Spoon the dip onto heart-shaped crackers and arrange on a platter.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, and seasonings. Stuff each mushroom cap and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake stuffed mushrooms for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Arrange all appetizers on a large platter.
