Description

This Turtle Cheesecake Dip is a creamy, no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of caramel, chocolate, and pecans in a smooth cheesecake base. It’s perfect for parties, holidays, or as a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/3 cup caramel dip
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the thawed whipped topping to the bowl and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in ¾ cup of chopped pecans and ¾ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
  5. Slightly warm the caramel dip in the microwave. Drizzle both the caramel and the chocolate syrup over the top of the dip in a decorative pattern.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of pecans and ¼ cup of chocolate chips over the top of the dip for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
  • Toast pecans before adding for enhanced flavor.
  • Mini chocolate chips are recommended for better distribution.
  • The dip can be made ahead; add toppings just before serving.
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, fruit, or cookies.
