Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by ensuring your cream and mascarpone are at room temperature.
- Whip the cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks are formed.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese.
- Brew espresso and let it cool, then pour it into a shallow bowl.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into the espresso and layer them in an 8×8 inch pan.
- Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat the layers.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
