Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until firm.
- Form small balls from the mixture using a scoop or your hands.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or shredded coconut to coat.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy either chilled or at room temperature.
