Description

A quick and easy Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla Copycat recipe that brings the deliciousness of Taco Bell to your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, jalapeños, guacamole

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and taco seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle half a cup of shredded cheese, followed by a scoop of seasoned chicken, and top with more cheese.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Cook the folded quesadilla for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, slice into triangles, and serve with sour cream and optional toppings.

Notes
