A quick and easy Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla Copycat recipe that brings the deliciousness of Taco Bell to your kitchen.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, jalapeños, guacamole
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and taco seasoning until evenly coated.
- On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle half a cup of shredded cheese, followed by a scoop of seasoned chicken, and top with more cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Cook the folded quesadilla for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, slice into triangles, and serve with sour cream and optional toppings.
Notes
Feel free to add black beans or corn for variation. Use a non-stick skillet for easy cleanup.
