Description

A quick and easy Sweet & Spicy Garlic Noodle Stir-Fry packed with vibrant veggies and a delicious sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles of your choice (rice, egg, or whole-grain)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping vegetables and mincing garlic and ginger (5 minutes).
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions (5-8 minutes), drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat (1 minute).
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant (1 minute).
  5. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil (2 minutes).
  7. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, pour the sauce over and toss to combine; heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
